Wuhan Coronavirus

Coronavirus : News of a new virus spreading throughout China and parts of Asia has authorities on high alert to identify and isolate any new cases. The outbreak of Wuhan coronavirus emerging from China is being monitored by authorities worldwide.  Read our guidance on what you need to know here.

If you have travelled from China or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus in the last two weeks, you may be at risk of Coronavirus.

Please do NOT leave the house. Please do NOT book a GP appointment or attend your GP Practice.

Instead, ring 111 if:
•You have been in China in the last 14 days and develop cough, fever or shortness of breath; or
•You have been in Wuhan or Hubei Province in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus, even if you feel well

Our next staff training and Shutdown day

In order to give you the highest level of Care we undertake regular staff training days, when we review our systems, procedures and practices.

It is very important that both Clinical and Administrative staff get the opportunity to update their skills and knowledge.

Our next training day is Tuesday 4 February 2020. On the day we will close at 10:30hrs and reopen at 15:30hrs.

Please call 999 for any emergencies or 111 for triage.  If you call the surgery while we are closed you will be directed to Devon Doctors.
